Fall Leadership Retreat
The Fall Leadership Retreat is a university-wide, two and a half day leadership conference for UT Arlington students held off-campus. The Retreat has become a University tradition having been shaping and molding student leaders for over 30 years. Students are exposed to a variety of seminar-based leadership topics including ethical leadership, empowerment of others, diversity, global leadership, and effective communication. The event is marketed to the entire university population reaching over 33,000 people and the surrounding community.
